At the end of 2012 I received a call from a good friend who
was expecting his first baby. He wanted to commission 5 paintings for his new
born’s nursery. When he told me the theme was going to be The Avengers I was
in. He and his wife wanted the characters painted as babies, four individuals
(Hulk, Iron Man, Thor and Captain America) and one group painting. I was very
excited to put my own spin on these iconic characters and to help a good friend
put together a kick ass nursery for his first child.
